We are pleased to tell you that our BackerKit surveys have begun to go out! Thank you for your patience as we prepared them.
PLEASE NOTE: BackerKit will send surveys in waves over the next two days, so please allow up to 48 hours for your survey to be processed and sent to you. If at that point you still have not received one please check your spam folder, and check that the email you used on Kickstarter is the email account you're checking.
If that doesn't work, you can click the link below to enter the email address associated with your survey and BackerKit will send you a new one:

Survey Update

Hi everyone,
We wanted to let you know that the surveys we thought would be launching next week need to be pushed by 1 to 2 weeks.
Originally, we were planning on using PledgeManager for these surveys, but we need to shift to BackerKit and it requires some additional inputs from us.
With that said, this does NOT impact our estimated timeline for books going to the printer and overall estimated fulfillment on the project.
We'll do an update when surveys are ready in the next two to three weeks, so thank you for your continued patience!

The next step is complete. I am so honored and floored at this moment. This project has meant so much to me for so many years, to know that the Kickstarter was not only a success but that it’s one step closer to being in your hands, is amazing.
I will always be grateful for those who worked on this book and to you the backers. I hope to meet each and every one of you at future conventions so that I may thank you in person.

There are a lot of questions coming in now that the Kickstarter is over, so let's dive in:
Q: I missed this campaign - can I pledge late?
A: Yes - but not just yet! We'll have a late pledge store ready around hopefully by the week of April 7th, so check back soon!
Q: When will the surveys be going out?
A: Like the late pledge/pre-order store, we are aiming to have the surveys launched also by the week of April 7th. They will go to your email address associated with your Kickstarter account. We'll do an update officially announcing when they have begun to go to everyone. It's worth noting though that it can take up to 48 hours to process all surveys fully. If at that point you still have not received one, please check your spam folder, and check that the email you used on Kickstarter is the email account you're checking.
Q: How long will I have to complete my survey?
A: Our goal is to get as many surveys completed as possible so that we have proper order counts on items to produce. Please try and complete these within 30 days of receiving them. If you need more time though, that's ok. :)
Q: What's the purpose of the post-campaign PledgeManager survey?
A: We use these surveys primarily for several reasons:
- To collect shipping payments and addresses for all our backers to send their pledge rewards.
- To provide backers with the ability to select the add-on items we're featuring for this campaign.
- To modify your reward tier level (you can only upgrade to a higher level).
Q: Who can I talk to if I have questions, requests, or issues with my order?
A: If you have questions about your order, please DM us by clicking here! Always direct message us here on Kickstarter as we cannot perform customer service on social media.
Q: When will my order arrive?
A: Our estimated delivery is still set for February 2026
